Technical Development Manager

- Manage the full software development lifecycle of of applications—from mobile apps to backend systems.
- Supervise technical teams across AI, computer vision, and cloud infrastructure.
- Translate product goals and UX into technical specs and development roadmaps.
- Oversee the development and optimization of face recognition systems for speed and accuracy.
- Coordinate integration between mobile apps and wearable hardware via Bluetooth/Wi-Fi.
- Ensure testing, performance benchmarking, and bug tracking processes are in place.
- Work closely with product, design, and leadership to align development with business milestones.
- Stay up to date with AI and trends to keep our tech competitive.
Qualifications
- Solid experience in software engineering and project management, ideally in AI or computer vision.
- Proven ability to lead distributed tech teams and deliver high-quality, production-ready code.
- Experience with real-time image processing, facial recognition libraries (e.g., OpenCV, Dlib, FaceNet), and model optimization for edge devices.
- Familiarity with wearable hardware SDKs and mobile-to-device communication protocols.
- Extensive knowledge in testing, where you’ll be responsible for devising comprehensive testing strategies and scenarios to ensure the highest possible quality before going to customers.
- Knowledge of DevOps, cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP), and backend integration.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and documentation skills.
