Responsibilities
- Drive the product and business-planning process across cross-functional teams of the company.
- Analyze product requirements from users and stakeholders and develop appropriate programs to ensure they’re successfully achieved.
- Drive the execution of product lifecycle processes for products, including product research, market research, competitive analysis, planning, positioning, roadmap development, requirements development, and product launch.
- Collaborate closely with engineering, production, marketing, and sales teams on the development, QA, and release of products and balance of resources to ensure success for the entire organization.
- Analyze consumer needs, current market trends, and potential partnerships from an ROI and build vs. buy perspective.
- Assess current competitor offerings, seeking opportunities for differentiation.
- Appraise new product ideas and strategize appropriate to-market plans.
- Adhere to the quality standards and safety procedures as per the company guidelines and local regulations.
- Report any hazards and work-related issues to the reporting manager in a timely manner.
- Perform other job-related tasks as assigned by the line manager.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Proven experience overseeing all elements of the product development lifecycle.
- Highly effective cross-functional team management.
- Leadership and the ability to take initiative.
- Understanding of web development and product design.
- Knowledge of UX/UI best practices.
- Knowledgeable about aligners and orthodontics.
