Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain Microsoft 365 services: Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business, and Teams.
  • Oversee user accounts, licenses, and group policies in Microsoft 365.
  • Configure and manage Microsoft 365 Security & Compliance features, including: (Microsoft Defender for Office 365, Microsoft Purview tools (DLP, eDiscovery, Information Protection), Audit logs and Conditional Access policies).
  • Conduct regular security assessments for both cloud and on-premises environments.
  • Provide training and support to end users on Microsoft Teams and other collaboration tools.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional IT teams to resolve infrastructure and network-related issues.
  • Generate reports on system usage, security status, and performance metrics for internal stakeholders.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed documentation for configurations, procedures, and changes.
  • Administer Microsoft Teams, including policy management, channel configuration, and integration with third-party apps.
  • Configure, monitor, and optimize Azure resources including virtual machines, storage accounts, and networking components.
  • Implement and manage Azure security policies in accordance with organizational standards.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • At least two relevant Microsoft certifications, such as: (Microsoft 365 Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate, Microsoft 365 Certified: Endpoint Administrator Associate, Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate, Microsoft Certified: Azure Security Engineer Associate).

  • 3–5 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 and Azure environments.

  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 services including Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive.
  • Proficiency in Active Directory and Windows Server administration.
  • Experience configuring and managing Microsoft Intune for device and application management.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft 365 security tools and compliance best practices.
  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
