Responsibilities
- Write and edit clear technical content in both Arabic and English.
- Create and maintain documents such as user manuals, product guides, FAQs, online help, training materials, and internal process documents.
- Translate existing English documents into Arabic (and vice versa), ensuring clarity and accuracy.
- Work with subject matter experts (SMEs) to understand product features and technical details.
- Keep all documentation well-organized, up to date, and easy to access.
- Follow company guidelines for tone, formatting, and structure.
- Help improve documentation processes and templates.
Qualifications
- 1–2 years of experience as a Technical Writer or similar role.
- Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills in both Arabic and English.
- Ability to explain complex ideas in a simple and clear way.
- Basic understanding of technology, software, or digital products.
- Familiar with tools like Microsoft Word, Google Docs, or documentation platforms (e.g., Confluence, Notion, or similar).
- Attention to detail and good organization skills.
