Leads in identifying requirements and conducting gap analyses using industry-standard analysis
techniques such as data flow modeling, workflow analysis, and functional decomposition analysis.
Leads in developing the statements of business requirements and related business processes.
Leads in gathering customer input on requirements, constraints, value, and risks through interviews, workshops, and existing process documentation.
Identifies and documents business/functional specifications based on collected and analyzed customer needs.
Leads in maintaining active communication with the customer’s leader ensuring progress, risks, and the evolving solution is described in business terms.
Engaged as a member of project teams, discovering optimal solutions by analyzing the business
Assists the development team in implementing the desired functionalities of the software.
Assists, as required, in testing the product by preparing test scenarios and providing sample data.
Works closely with the Client and Business Subject Matter Experts in the definition, testing, training, implementation, and support of functional requirements.
Leads in documenting business processes and information flow, in business terms, of the completed solution for the customer. Ensures that all documentation accurately reflects the current status and outstanding issues so that business requirements reflect features & functions.
Participates in regular project meetings to convey the business perspective of progress, changes, risk, budget, and timeline. Participates in meetings with clients to resolve all system issues to achieve client satisfaction.
Follow-up to ensure tracking of bug(s), change request(s), and help ensure their resolution.
Assists with the overall success of testing including purpose, deliverables of the test, and result verifications.
Bachelor’s degree or higher diploma in IT or related field.
Certified Business Analysis Professional TM (CBAP®), Professional Scrum Master (PSM)
At least 5 years of experience in Business Analysis and knowledge of Hospital Information systems.
Has excellent skills with CMMI Requirement Change Request Process, Analysis Process, and documentation Process.
