Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to users and staff members.
- Troubleshoot software issues (Windows, Linux, and MAC).
- Troubleshoot hardware issues.
- Provide instructions or directly sets up desktop hardware.
- Assist with the installation of computer software and operating system updates.
- Record logs of rendered support.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or any similar field.
- A minimum of 2 years experience in desktop support or related field.
- In-depth knowledge of desktop hardware and software systems.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Arabic and English.
