Responsibilities
- Design and implement BPM workflows and applications based on business requirements.
- Develop integration solutions to connect BPM tools with enterprise systems.
- Ensure BPM applications are scalable, secure, and maintainable.
- Analyze existing business processes and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to map and document optimized workflows.
- Utilize BPM analytics to measure process performance and recommend changes.
- Perform regular updates and maintenance on BPM systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.
- Provide technical training and support to users and teams.
- Maintain technical documentation for BPM applications and integrations.
- Ensure adherence to development standards and best practices.
- Mentor junior developers and share BPM expertise across teams.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related
fields. - 5+ years of experience in BPM development and process improvement.
- Proficiency in BPM tools such as IBM BPM, Oracle BPM, or Appian.
- Strong knowledge of business process modeling, integration, and optimization.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
