Senior Network Infrastructure Engineer

- Perform network design and capacity planning.
- Installs configures, and maintains network passive setup such as cabling and other networking equipment such as firewalls, switches, and routers.
- Manage part of the network activity such as VPN remote end-points, VPN IPsec tunnels, MPLS connectivity, network access permissions, network devices backup, SD-WAN, network failover and rollback design, high availability network recommendations and design, and increase the network performance level from time to time.
- Manage part of the security solutions, including firewall analyzer WAF solution, IPS, NDR, and VA assessment security reports
- Oversee installation, configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of network-connected end-user hardware, software, and peripheral devices
- Research network products, services, protocols, and standards in support of network procurement and development efforts.
- Provides second-level technical support to users concerning network system operations.
- Diagnoses problems with network equipment and performs equipment repair or upgrades when appropriate.
- Administer and maintain end-user accounts, permissions, and access rights on the network devices.
- Assists infrastructure team with maintenance of VOIP phone system connectivity.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree - Computer Network System, Networks and Information Security Engineering, Computer Engineering any other professional certificate is a plus.
- At least 4 years of proven experience hands-on as a network engineer.
- Hands-on experience with monitoring, network diagnostic, and network analytics tools.
