Responsibilities

•  Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in an IT related field
•  Minimum of 10 years of hands on development experience and involvement in large scale projects.
•  Strong expertise in Oracle DB and SQL, Oracle ADF, SOA, BPM, Java, Java Script, Java Open Source frameworks,  HTML5/CSS, Web Services, Data Visualization, etc.
•  Knowledge of the E-Government and Public Sector space is preferred
•  Experience in the broad data space is a benefit
•  Experience in Proposal creation, SOW preparation, contractual agreements, Pre-sales, Technical project planning & management
•  Experience in Technical solution design & execution experience
•  Business Requirements Gathering and Business Analysis experience.
