1. com includes social media tools that allow User to manage access, post content, and manage content on social media sites (such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, etc.). These tools also allow Users to use Kalatechs.com to access and analyze information found on social media sites. User grants Kalatechs.com all required permissions to access such sites and provide this functionality based on User's use of such tools. For all of User's interactions with social media sites by means of Kalatechs.com, User agrees to follow their applicable rules of conduct and abide by their terms of use, as well as this User Agreement. User agrees to use the social media tools of Kalatechs.com solely to communicate with individuals who have a relationship to User on various social networks. User may not use such functionality for advertising or promotion that is unrelated to User's employment-related or job placement activities. User is solely responsible for all third party interactions with other persons or with any social media sites by means of Kalatechs.com.
2. Information obtained by User from social media sites by means of Kalatechs.com may be viewed by User in Kalatechs.com, but should not be stored, aggregated, transferred, published or stored outside of Kalatechs.com without the express consent of the provider of such information (that is, the account owner on the social media site). In addition, such information should not be aggregated, transferred, used, published or stored or in violation of privacy laws and/or any party's reasonable privacy expectations. Customer acknowledges that there is no assurance that such information is accurate, reliable, complete, or up-to-date.

Kalatechs.com may suspend or terminate User's access to Kalatechs.com and may terminate this User Agreement if it reasonably concludes that User is using Kalatechs.com in breach of this User Agreement or in violation of law, if Kalatechs.com deems that User's use of Kalatechs.com is causing harm, or for any other reason that Kalatechs.com deems sufficient in its discretion. Upon termination, User will cease all use of or access to Kalatechs.com unless the parties have otherwise agreed in a binding written agreement.

Disclosure of User Information

By using Kalatechs.com, User consents to receiving communications from Kalatechs.com, and its third party partners and affiliates, in an electronic form and agrees such communications provided to User electronically will satisfy all applicable legal requirements, including that such communications be in writing.

This is the entire agreement of the parties regarding its subject matter except as the parties otherwise expressly agree in writing. User also may be subject to additional terms and conditions that may apply when Users obtains or agrees to purchase certain other services or content.
