Business Analyst Team Leader

- Lead the team in analyzing client needs, customizing solutions, and overseeing system testing and implementation.
- Ensure client satisfaction by monitoring system performance and providing ongoing support.
- Guide and motivate team members, set clear objectives, and track progress.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives through Lean, 5S, and Design Thinking practices.
- Collaborate with product development teams to ensure technical feasibility and solution compatibility.
- Gather client requirements, create technical documentation, and ensure system integration.
- Maintain communication with stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery and success.
- Conduct team performance reviews and provide training and support as needed.
Qualifications
- A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or IT is required.
- 13-15 years of relevant experience.
- Master’s in Engineering, Computer Science, or IT.
- CBAP certification is preferred.
- Strong leadership, team management, and client handling skills.
- Proficient in software development, programming concepts, and Oracle Warehouse Builder & UNIX scripting (Desired).
