Responsibilities
● Write clear user stories in order to communicate business requirements to the team.
● Analyze customer data, feedback, and actions to improve customer acquisition and retention
● Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and insights related to product performance.
● Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and understand stakeholder needs.
● Assist in maintaining backlogs and handling new requests.
● Conduct product research and analysis on market trends and competitor products.
● Support in onboarding flow and enterprise process management.
Qualifications
● Strong technical knowledge and understanding of business.
● Proven track record of delivering data-driven solutions with a customer-first approach.
● English and Arabic speakers.
● Previous working experience as a Business Analyst or Product Analyst for 3 years.
● In-depth knowledge of Agile (Scrum) processes and principles.
● Top communication, presentation, and leadership skills.
● Excellent organizational and time management skills.
● Strong problem-solving skills.
