Data Analyst and CRM Supervisor

Responsibilities:

  1. Data Visualization:

  • Create visually appealing and informative data visualizations utilizing Power BI and other similar
    software.
  •  Translate complex data into easy-to-understand graphs, charts, and reports for stakeholders.

2. CRM Management:

  •  Perform data cleaning and data integrity checks regularly to maintain the accuracy of the CRM
    database.
  •  Set up and maintain CRM systems, ensuring proper data entry, tagging, and categorization.
  •  Work closely with sales and marketing teams to ensure data alignment and CRM best practices.
  • Develop and implement CRM processes to improve efficiency and user experience.

3. Vendor Communication:

  •  Act as a point of contact with CRM system vendors.
  •  Communicate any system issues or discrepancies to the vendor promptly.
  •  Monitor the progress of issue resolution and validate fixes on the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with vendors to optimize system functionality and resolve technical challenges.

4. Data Analysis and Insights:

  •  Perform in-depth data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
  •  Utilize statistical techniques and tools to draw actionable conclusions from data.
  •  Present findings to management and other stakeholders clearly and concisely.
  •  Provide recommendations based on data analysis to drive business decisions.


Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 2- 3 years of experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Data Science, Business Analytics,
    Computer Science).
  •  Proven experience in data analysis, data visualization, and CRM management.
  •  Proficiency in data visualization tools (Power BI).
  •  Strong analytical skills with the ability to work with large datasets.
  •  Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  •  Familiarity with CRM systems and data cleansing best practices.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to resolving issues.
  • Experience with SQL for data querying and manipulation.
  • Experience in Salesforce, Google Analytics, and social listening platforms is a plus.
