Senior Technology Infrastructure Officer

- Manage and implement Infrastructure projects.
- Work with Clients and teams to understand their process workflows and identify opportunities for automation
- Generate reports on the performance of automated processes and make recommendations for improvements
- Liaise with vendors of automation software and hardware to resolve issues and ensure optimal performance
- Write technical documentation for automation solutions
- Keep abreast of new developments in automation technology and suggest ways to incorporate them into the organization’s systems
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in process automation
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer science, Software engineering, or any related field.
- 3+ years experience in software development.
- Expertise in at least one Cloud Must Have.
- Proficient in at least one primary programming language (Java, Python, C++, etc).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- In-depth knowledge of software development tools and platforms.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodology.
