Solution Architect Manager

- Ability to manage own work against the project plan to ensure a superior client experience.
- Understand the client’s business, follow sector trends and learn leading practices.
- Conducts research on economics, sector and market conditions to better understand the client’s needs.
- Gather and interpret financial information to help strengthen proposed recommendations.
- Articulate thoughts and ideas in a clear and composed manner to instill confidence in team and clients.
- Effectively interact with colleagues and clients of varying backgrounds to effectively serve clients.
- Recognize technology as a business enabler.
- Applies experience to enhance standard methods and tools; promotes their use through knowledge sharing.
- Leverages system hierarchy and the principles of system partitioning in order to help manage complexity.
- Is able to execute by consistently applying relevant deliverable templates, guidelines, and accelerators throughout the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
- Obtains and leverages fundamental coding knowledge and keeps up to date with emerging trends.
- Demonstrates a strong programming capability by translating requirements into code to contribute to solution development.
- Understanding of governance, experience in system integration, and the ability to frame and deliver a compelling solution roadmap.
- Web services design knowledge (soap, rest, micro services, design/run time governance).
- Middleware platforms including SOA and microservices architecture.
- Back end Web platforms, databases.
- Financial portals.
- Experience with Fintech concepts such as blockchain and digital platforms.
- Extensive experience with standard financial solution components such as core banking, payments, cards, e channels, reconciliation, and GL integration.
- Ability to operate and understand excellent project and program management disciplines including production of project plans and key quality program deliverables.
- Strong administrative and numeracy skills and ability to analyze complex data with good attention to details.
- TOGAF or equivalent certification.
Requirements:
- University degree in Computer Science, or equivalent.
- 8 years of experience in relevant domains.
- Excellent knowledge in MS office applications especially in PowerPoint, Word and Excel.
- Excellent experience in architecture modeling methods and tools.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and responsibilities in a deadline oriented environment and flexible work hours.
- Willingness to travel (required).
- Good command of written and spoken English, Arabic is a plus.
