Responsibilities:
1. Gathering Information:
Conduct literature reviews and gather accurate, credible information on specific subjects.
Browse archives and other resources to collect relevant data.
2. Data Analysis:
Analyze research data using various statistical methods.
Summarize findings and implications in reports.
3. Present Summary and Outcomes of the Research:
Create reports on MS PowerPoint and Word to present the executive summary of the research.
Present the outcomes to the Founding Partners at AtaaTech
4. Administrative Tasks:
Respond to research-related emails and inquiries.
Attend project meetings and take notes.
Update task list and follow up on action plans.
Prepare progress reports.
5. Startup Support:
Assist in setting up administrative processes for the new startup company.
Coordinate with external vendors and service providers.
Help organize company events and meetings.
Support the company’s growth by handling administrative tasks efficiently.
6. Language Proficiency:
Fluent in both Arabic and English for effective communication with diverse stakeholders.
7. Quality Control:
Maintain quality control standards to ensure data integrity.
8. Ethical Compliance:
Ensure that research projects and startup activities comply with ethical standards and regulations.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) in Arabic and English.
• Proficiency in using office software (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Workspace).
Additional Information:
• This position may occasionally involve assisting with data collection or attending meetings at various locations. All expenses will be covered by AtaaTech.
• Compensation and benefits will be commensurate with experience and qualifications.
