B.O.T (Impact Sourcing Platform)

B.O.T is a social enterprise that will impact youth in Jordan and the sustainability of the local communities. Using market intelligence and technology, the impact sourcing platform provides managed remote freelance work opportunities to unemployed youth and women from vulnerable communities by connecting them with clients in need of outsourced human resources to execute digital tasks, such as data entry. 
 

Role Summary:

The DOT Jordan Team is seeking a Workforce Officer for its Operations team with a focus on workforce management and reporting. Workforce data management and reporting for freelancers that are digitally skilled to deliver services for our clients.

 

Responsibilities 

  • Developing freelancer’s (Beneficiaries) talent acquisition strategies and onboarding plans.
  • Coordinate with the Project Manager to identify staffing needs.
  • Create and determine selection criteria.
  • Identify and Source potential freelancers through multiple channels.
  • Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments, and in-person interviews.
  • Assess freelancer’s information, including resumes and contact details, using our Workforce Data Management System.
  • Manage, On-board, and Update the Workforce Data Management system.
  • Maintain up-to-date with the freelancers’ skills, availability and location, and convenient metrics for on-demand work readiness.
  • Design assessment questionnaires that reflect each job requirement.
  • Update and track all activities in the organization.
  • Access better reports at the individual, service, and organizational levels to optimize the efficiency and performance of the workforce.
  • Analyze and Report regularly on freelancers’ qualifications and availability.
  • Suggest and Support in communicating new or available training for the workforce.
  • Coordinate with the field team on the profile/skills of freelancers required to tailor training outreach mechanisms accordingly.
  • Develop optimal staffing schedules to optimize resources.
  • Communicate to the workforce our culture and regulations on the services we provide.
  • Sustain long term relationships with the workforce.

Educational Requirements

  • BSc/BA in business administration, Human Resources, or relevant field.

Experience

  • 2 years’ work experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar role.

Skills & Competencies

  • Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods.
  • Knowledge of IT solutions (ex. Cloud, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, email).
  • Outstanding organizational as well as time-management skills.
  • Strong advocacy and communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong Interpersonal Communication and Critical Thinking.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills and enjoy working within teams.
