Main Duties and Responsibilities

• Implementing training courses targeting youth on ICT skills and website building using WordPress based on DOT Jordan training curriculum.
• Track, collect, compiling, submitting reports to DOT Jordan (This may include but not be limited to: An overall assessment of the participants' skills, pre-and post-assessments, homework, exams, training final report, etc.)
• Follow up with participants and facilitators on the training program progress.
• Providing the needed support in evaluating and enhancing the learning program to ensure the quality of the training.
• Helpline participants in solving learning problems, either on a one-to-one basis or in groups.
• Implementing awareness sessions about the training goals and outcomes targeted Youth.
• Provide technical support to DOT Youth on all technology-related issues during the implementation of the training course.
• Any related task requested by the direct supervisor.

Educational Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer sciences or any related field.

Experience, Skills & Competencies, Knowledge

• One to two years of experience is recommended.
• Ability to motivate others.
• Experience in managing and implementing training courses targeting youth on ICT skills.
• Expert on Microsoft office tools.
• Expert on website building using WordPress.
• Expert on Google Workspace, such as business email, online file storage, shared calendars, video meetings, Docs, Sheets, etc.
