Design and implement a social media strategy.
Oversee social media accounts and website, monitoring content and providing constructive interaction with users.
Suggest and implement new approaches to develop an awareness of World of Letters’ work.
Create appealing online graphics and materials for social media posts.
Engage with the World of Letters team to collect content and create authentic storytelling.
Collect and review social media data to develop more effective campaigns.
Travel as necessary to World of Letter projects in Jordan.
BA in social science, political science, communications, business, marketing, international development, or related discipline.
Fluency in Arabic and English.
One to three years of experience managing multiple social media accounts, such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn, as well as Canva/online graphic design tools.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills and creative storyteller.
Ability to perform in a high-energy environment, with a flexible and enthusiastic approach to work, including humility and the thoughtfulness to work effectively with others in a collaborative workspace.
Interest in gender, education, and working with marginalized populations.
