Role and Responsibilities:

Reporting to a Project Lead, the responsibilities of the Junior Developer include:

Working with an agile team to develop, test and maintain BPM applications (typically developed using the Appian platform).

Develop and unit test applications according to the established standards.

Participating in agile team practices and ceremonies.

Analyzing and resolving of technical and application-based problems.

Package and support development releases.

Prepare manuals and other documentation on the status, progress and maintenance of applications.

Minimum Requirements:

• Degree in Computer Science, CIS, IT or other related fields.

Core Competency Requirements:

• At least 1-2 years of experience in designing web applications.
• Fluency in any modern programming language (JAVA, C++, C#, .NET, etc.).
• Exposure to databases and query languages (SQL, MySQL, etc).
• Good logical and analytical reasoning ability.
• Good team player.
• English, communication and social skills to interact with a global customer base.
• Flexibility to travel up to 25%.

Preferred Competency Requirements:

• Experience in Appian or another BPM tool.
• Working knowledge of Networks and OS platforms (Windows, Linux).
• Knowledge of agile development methodologies.
• GPA: 3.0 and above.
• Appian certification.
