• Have a global vision of all Orange Jordan digital assets projects to provide adequate information for all of them.
•  Frame: identify and reformulate project needs. 
• User research: frame, organize and conduct qualitative / quantitative interviews / user tests / AB tests / field  observation in different configurations (face-to-face, remote, interception, ...), from the definition of user profiles   to restitution with stakeholders.
• Culture centered users: develop and disseminate customer-centric mindset by explaining the importance and  added value of user research; take into account the behaviors, needs, frustrations, motivations and expectations  of users in all products offered by the Orange; 
• Workshops: organization and animation of workshops (feedback, focus group, ...). 
• Restitution and transmission: translate user insights into brief design for the UX team, UI and developers  working on the project. 
• Training: animation of training sessions, publicizing skills, processes and methods of user research through  presentations and speaking engagements. 
• Monitoring and capitalization: monitoring changes in practice, good practices and new tools, updating a user and user knowledge base.
