Business requirement gathering and creation of user stories.
Document the business requirements, workflows, fields, calculations, business rules, validations, integrations, screen mock ups, reporting requirements in Arabic and English.
Work with development teams and business units/clients to ensure expected delivery of the requirements as captured in the BRD.
Be the point person for the collation of requirements and obtaining of sign-offs.
Define testing approach and strategy and help execute this strategy during test phases of the project.
Work with the Project leads to ensure delivery throughout the lifecycle of the project.
Design and build required documentations.
Helping QA team in preparation of test cases.
Stakeholder management and client interactions.
Document the change request and ensure the implementation.
Training and helping people to use the system, troubleshooting, investigating and solving
Customer Pain Points in Business Cases.
Experience: 5+ years.
Understanding of Agile and SDLC methodologies.
Business Analysis experience is necessary. Good experience in the finance industry.
Excellent Knowledge of project management and change management principles.
Familiarity with Agile practices & Knowledge of MS suite of products including Powerpoint, Share point, Excel, Word etc.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proven experience as an IT Analyst, Business Analyst, IT Consultant or similar role.
Good at providing a business solution with good analytical and problem-solving ability.
Self-motivating and interested in having in-depth product knowledge.
